Are you a licensed facility?

We are licensed through the State of Arizona Department of Health Services. We work closely with State agencies to ensure that our compliance with all regulations are met, or exceeded, and fully cooperate with their oversight activities to ensure we provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our seniors. Our Arizona State License # is – AL10918H

What type of services do you provide?

Aside from providing a loving, caring, assisted living home, we provide supervision to prevent accidents and ensure the health, safety, and welfare of our seniors. We provide assistance with activities of daily living included but not limited to self-care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, toileting, and ambulation.

Do you assist with transportation services to and from doctor’s appointments?

No, at this time we do not offer transportation services but we can help you in locating these services.

Where do I get my prescription drugs?

We work directly with several local Pharmacies in the area, where IngaCare staff will pick up prescription medications for our seniors weekly. If you have a different  pharmacist we’ll work with them as well to arrange for us to pick up medications.

If I want a larger room and none are currently available can I get on a list?

Yes, we are on a first come first served basis. Current residents always have precedence on room types over new residents. Simply let us know and you will be upgraded once a room becomes available.

I like what I hear. What are my next steps?

  1. Contact IngeCare to discuss your needs, ask any further questions and schedule a visit.

  2. After your visit you can fill out an application and submit it. We are on a first come first served basis.  Once everything is satisfactorily submitted we will give you an answer within 24 hours during any normal business hours excluding holidays.

  3. Pay Your Deposit and First Month Charge, and your room choice will be reserved until you move in. Again, this is on a first come first served basis.

  4. Prepare to move in. Often people can move in within 24 hours or on certain exceptions even sooner.
